JEWPAN
The Fugu Plan was a Japanese plan in the 1930’s to settle German Jews in Japanese occupied areas, but it was never implemented. The plan simulates an alternate reality in which the plan was implemented and presents new depictions and content of the Jewish-Japanese community.
