Light and shadow as materials in a boutique hotel in the urban center of Tel Aviv. The building opens from the inside by what I called “degrees of light” – two vertical corridors that infuse an abundance of life in a variety of shapes deep into the building. The light and shadows in the interior space change throughout the day and add interest to the spaces around them while creating diverse interior-exterior relationships.
