The project explores a case study – housing of an urban-kibbutz community in an office building in Tel Aviv. The contrast between the building’s architecture and the communal housing program is the central design generator in the project. The project offers innovative solutions to cooperative life while emphasizing principles of cooperation, solidarity, and sustainability.
