Between the age of 22 and 24, most women undergo a discernible development in their self esteem. The mentoring application, Achieverit, offers tools to strengthen the way they perceive themselves by boosting their sense of self-worth, practicing self compassion, establishing their belief in themselves and improving their ability to be assertive.
