A fashion and textile center to preserve the commercial and social fabric in the Tel Aviv neighborhood of Nahlat Binyamin. The space is based on the principles of mixed-use between commerce and the local night life, creating a dialog between existing communities and new communities, encouraging their development and combining between architectural conservation and new construction.
