Unlike the intrauterine environment, which offers a comprehensive foundation for fetal development, the incubator provides only a physiological foundation, which may impair the cognitive and sensory development of the infant. OUTERUS is a lying surface for premature infants in the incubator that simulates the movement and auditory stimuli present in the womb, providing an optimal developmental environment.
